These terms are the agreement between you and Lorvani when you use lorvanilb.com or buy from us. "We" and "us" mean Lorvani. "You" means the person using the site or placing an order.

• You must be 18 or older to place an order, or order with a parent or guardian's permission.
• Give true and complete details at checkout, so we can reach you and deliver your order.
• Do not misuse the site: no fake orders, no automated ordering, no attempts to break, overload or copy the site.
• We may refuse or cancel orders that look fake or abusive, and block access to stop abuse.

Every Lorvani piece is made to order. We cut and sew it in our workshop in Beirut after your order is confirmed. Our tees are 100% cotton and unisex. Sizes, details and the price are shown on each product page.

We work to show every piece as it really is. Colors on screens can look a little different from the real fabric, and small differences between made-to-order pieces are normal.

Prices are in US dollars and are the full price you pay. Delivery is free everywhere in Lebanon. There are no fees added at checkout. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.

We accept cash on delivery only. You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. You never enter card or bank details on our site.

1. Add pieces to your bag and open the checkout.
2. Fill in your name, email and delivery address. Your phone number is optional.
3. Check everything on the review step. Use the Edit buttons to fix any mistake before you send it.
4. Accept these terms and the refund policy, then press Place order.
5. Your order is placed, and the agreement between us starts, when the page shows your order number. If you gave an email, you also get a copy there.
6. We call you (or email you, if you gave no phone number) to confirm your order and address. Then we make your piece and send it.

The agreement is in English. Your order is stored in our Shopify account. You can print or save it from the thank-you page, and you can ask us for a copy at any time for as long as we keep it (see our privacy policy).

Apex is Lorvani's private, invite-only tier. It gives you 24/7 maximum priority for your messages and orders, the Studio, first looks at new pieces and a direct line to us. You join when Lorvani invites you and you choose your own PIN. Keep your PIN to yourself. We can end an invite if the rules here are broken.

Apex members get 20% off their first 3 orders and 10% off every order after that. The discount is added to your order when you are signed in to Apex. It cannot be combined with other discount codes, it is only for you, and it does not carry to other people. We count your orders to work out which percent applies, and cancelled orders do not count.

Pieces you design in the Studio are requests. We confirm with you that a piece can be made before we make it, and custom pieces follow the custom piece rules in our refund policy.

You can cancel for free until we confirm your order on the phone. Just tell us during the call, or message us before it. Since you pay on delivery, there is nothing to refund.

After you confirm, we start making your piece for you, so the order can no longer be cancelled.

We may cancel an order, at no cost to you, if we cannot reach you to confirm it, if a piece cannot be made, or if the order looks fake. We tell you when we do.

We deliver free to every region of Lebanon (Beirut, Mount Lebanon, The North, The South, The Bekaa). Orders usually arrive in about 3 to 4 business days after you confirm. These times are estimates. Couriers, roads or events outside our control can cause delays, and we keep you informed. Full details are on our shipping page.

Lebanese law gives buyers who order online 10 days to change their mind. We give you 14 days after delivery to return a standard piece, even though every Lorvani piece is made to order for you. If you changed your mind or need another size, you pay the return delivery. Pieces you design yourself are made to your own specifications and cannot be returned for size or taste.

We always make things right if a piece arrives faulty, damaged or wrong. The steps and time limits are in our refund policy. Nothing in these terms reduces your legal rights if a piece is faulty.

The Lorvani name, the trident, our designs, photos, videos and the text on this site belong to Lorvani. You may share links to our pages. You may not copy or use our brand, designs or images for your own products or ads without our written permission.

We publish only real reviews from real customers, word for word, and only with their permission. We do not publish reviews that contain insults, personal details of others, or anything unlawful.

We are responsible for delivering what you ordered as described, and for fixing faults as our refund policy and Lebanese law say. If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to the price you paid for it, except where Lebanese law does not allow such a limit, for example in case of fraud, serious fault, or harm to your safety.

We work to keep the site available and correct, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events we cannot control, such as strikes, road closures, power or network cuts, natural disasters, war or official decisions. If such an event delays your order, we tell you and you can cancel any order that has not yet been made.

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, including the Consumer Protection Law and Law No. 81 of 2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data. If you have a problem, please contact us first. Most things are solved in one message.

If we cannot agree, you can contact the Consumer Protection Directorate at the Ministry of Economy and Trade. Disputes go to the competent courts of Beirut, unless the law gives you the right to go to another court.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown when you placed it.
