We deliver to every region of Lebanon, from Beirut and Mount Lebanon to the North, the South and the Bekaa.
Delivery time
Each piece is made for you after you order, in our workshop in Beirut. Your order arrives in about 3 to 4 business days.
Delivery fee
Delivery is free on every order across Lebanon. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery only. You pay the courier when your order arrives. No card needed.
Order confirmation
Before we ship, we call you to confirm your order and your address. Please keep your phone close after you order. If we cannot reach you, we will message you on WhatsApp.
Outside Lebanon
We deliver inside Lebanon only for now. Shipping abroad is on our roadmap.
Online only, no physical store
We do not have a physical store, showroom or pickup point yet. The address on our order emails and receipts (Pasteur, Beirut) is an administrative address only and is not open to visitors. Our Beirut workshop is for production only. Every order is delivered to your door.
A problem with your delivery?
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 3 business days of delivery with a photo or a short video. Please contact us before sending anything back, since we have no drop-off point. Read the full rules in our refund and exchange policy.
