Welcome to Lorvani
We're glad you're here. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Lorvani, an artist-inspired unisex label born in Lebanon. We operate this store and website through Shopify to bring you a curated shopping experience. These Terms of Service describe your rights and ours. We've written them as clearly as we can because you deserve to actually understand what you're agreeing to. By visiting or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If anything raises a question, reach out before purchasing. We're always happy to talk.
Section 1 — Access and Account
By using our Services, you confirm that you're at least the age of majority in your region, or that you have a parent or guardian's permission to shop with us. To place an order, we'll ask for your name, email, shipping address, and payment details. Please make sure everything is accurate — it helps us get your order to you without issues. Your account is yours alone. Keep your login credentials safe. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account and you may not transfer or assign it to anyone else.
Section 2 — Our Products
We put real care into how we represent our pieces online. That said, colors and textures can look different depending on your device and screen settings, which is something we can't fully control. Product descriptions and availability are subject to change. We may limit quantities or discontinue items at our discretion. If you have questions about a product before buying, just ask us.
Section 3 — Orders
When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, adjust, or decline any order, and we'll always let you know if something changes. Your order is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed. Please review your cart carefully before checkout because once an order is accepted we may not be able to cancel it. Returns and exchanges follow our Refund Policy. Our products are intended for personal use only and not for commercial resale or export.
Section 4 — Pricing and Billing
The price you see at checkout is the price you'll pay. Unless stated otherwise, prices don't include taxes, shipping, or customs fees. We may run promotions from time to time with their own terms, and when a promotion conflicts with these Terms, the promotion terms take precedence. By placing an order, you confirm your payment details are accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method provided.
Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery
We ship with care, but delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We're not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or anything outside our control. Once your order leaves our hands, title and risk pass to you. If something goes wrong in transit, reach out to us first and we'll do everything we can to help.
Section 6 — Intellectual Property
Everything on this site, including our name, logo, imagery, copy, designs, and the overall aesthetic, belongs to Lorvani or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You're welcome to enjoy and share our content for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't reproduce, modify, or distribute it without our written permission. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Lorvani.
Section 7 — Optional Tools
Our site may include optional tools provided by third parties. We don't monitor or control these tools and provide access to them as-is without any warranties or endorsement. Any use of third-party tools is entirely at your own risk. We may also introduce new features over time, which will be subject to these Terms when they go live.
Section 8 — Third-Party Links
Our store may include links to external websites we don't own or control. We're not responsible for their content or accuracy and linking to them is not an endorsement. If you leave our store to visit a third-party site, please review their terms and policies before engaging. Any complaints about third-party products or services should go directly to that third party.
Section 9 — Relationship with Shopify
Lorvani is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. All purchases you make are made directly with Lorvani. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transactions with us, including any products purchased or issues that arise from them. By using our Services, you release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims related to your purchases with Lorvani.
Section 10 — Privacy Policy
All personal information we collect is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Some information may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you confirm you've read and understood both. Your data is never sold, and we only collect what we actually need to serve you.
Section 11 — Feedback
If you share feedback, reviews, ideas, or suggestions with us, you grant Lorvani a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that content to improve and promote our Services. You confirm that any feedback you share is your own, honest, and doesn't violate anyone else's rights. We reserve the right to remove anything harmful, false, or offensive. We're under no obligation to respond to or compensate for feedback submitted.
Section 12 — Errors and Inaccuracies
We do our best to keep everything accurate, but occasional errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability can happen. We reserve the right to correct them at any time, including after an order is placed. If an error affects your order, we'll reach out to you directly to sort it out.
Section 13 — Prohibited Uses
You may only use our Services for lawful purposes. You may not use them for anything illegal, harmful, or malicious. You may not infringe on intellectual property rights, harass or harm anyone, transmit false or misleading information, spam, scrape, or exploit any part of the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms without notice.
Section 14 — Agents
This section applies if you use or enable any automated software or service to access our store on your behalf. Any such agent must clearly identify itself in all requests and may not pretend to be a human, bypass security measures, or act in ways we've asked it not to. We may limit or block automated access at any time. If an agent accesses our Services without following these rules, we reserve the right to block or take action against that access.

We may end your access to our Services at any time without notice if we determine you've violated these Terms. You remain responsible for any amounts owed up to the date of termination. Sections covering intellectual property, feedback, liability, indemnification, and any other provisions that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply after it ends.

The information presented on or through the Services is made available solely for general information purposes. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

Section 18 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lorvani, Shopify, and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from any losses, damages, or claims, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your use of our Services. We'll notify you of any such claim and may manage the defense at your expense, but won't settle anything requiring obligations from you without your consent.
Section 19 — Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the maximum extent possible and the rest of the Terms will continue to apply in full.
Section 20 — Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on our site, make up the entire agreement between you and Lorvani. Any failure on our part to enforce a right or provision doesn't mean we're waiving it.
Section 21 — Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer or assign ours without needing to notify you.
Section 22 — Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from your use of our Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon.
Section 23 — Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as Lorvani grows. When we do, we'll post the updated version here with a new date. Continuing to use our store after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We'll always flag anything significant.
