Refund & Exchange Policy

At Lorvani, we put real care into every piece we make — from the design to the finish. Because of that, we hold our products to a high standard, and we ask that you take a moment to review sizing, product details, and descriptions before placing your order.

General Policy

All sales are final once an order is confirmed. We don't accept cancellations, returns, or refunds as a default — so please order carefully. That said, we're not unreasonable, and if something genuinely goes wrong, we'll work through it with you.

Size Exchanges

Sizing doesn't always go perfectly, and we get that. If you receive the wrong size, you can request an exchange for the same item in a different size — as long as it's available in stock.

To be eligible, your item needs to meet all of the following:

It must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition it arrived in. Tags and original packaging need to be intact, with no stains, damage, odors, or alterations. You'll need to reach out to us within 3 business days of receiving your order, and ship the item back at your own cost so we can inspect it before making a decision.

Refunds on sizing issues aren't guaranteed — each case is reviewed individually.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, reach out within 3 business days of delivery. Send us clear photos or a short video showing the issue, and our team will take a proper look.

Depending on what we find, we'll offer a refund, exchange, or replacement — but approval isn't automatic. Every case goes through review before anything is confirmed.

Custom Studio — All Sales Final

Anything ordered through the Build Your Product or Custom Studio page is made specifically for you, so there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. This includes sizing and design preferences. If you're unsure about anything before ordering custom, reach out first — we'd rather sort it out before than after.

A Few Last Things

Refunds are only issued when explicitly approved by Lorvani after review — they're never automatic. Exchanges depend on stock availability and are handled case by case. We reserve the right to decline any request that doesn't meet the conditions above.
