Most of it comes directly from you when you shop, create an account, or get in touch. Some of it is collected automatically through your device when you use the store. The rest comes from Shopify and the service providers who help us keep things running on the backend.
How We Use It
We use your information to process and fulfill orders, handle payments, arrange shipping, manage returns and exchanges, and keep your account working properly. We use it to send you order confirmations, account updates, and support responses. If you've opted in, we'll send you emails about new drops and arrivals and every single one of those has an unsubscribe link. One click and you're off the list for good. We're not responsible for what happens on those sites and linking to them isn't an endorsement of anything on them. Your Rights
You have real rights over your personal information. You can ask us what we hold about you, request a correction if something's wrong, ask us to delete it, or get a copy to take elsewhere. You can opt out of marketing emails whenever you want. If you want to do any of this just reach out and we'll handle it without making it a process. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests and if you want someone else to act on your behalf we'll need proof they're authorized to do so.
Complaints

We keep your data for as long as it's actually needed, whether that's to maintain your account, fulfill orders, meet a legal obligation, or resolve a dispute. When it's no longer needed it gets deleted or anonymized.

This policy may get updated as the brand grows. When it does the new version goes up here with an updated date. If you keep using the store after an update that means you're good with the changes.
